House Rules

To ensure that all our guests have as pleasant, safe and relaxing a stay as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the house rules set out below.

• Entry to Vitae Wellnessresort Goes is at your own risk. There is no supervision in the pools; please ensure you are a competent swimmer.

• Children aged 4 to 11 are welcome only on Sundays until 6.00 pm, when accompanied by an adult.

• Young people aged 12 to 15 are only welcome when accompanied by an adult.

• Anyone aged 16 and over is welcome at Vitae Wellnessresort Goes.

• On public holidays, the same admission rules apply as on Sundays.

• Please store your personal belongings in the lockers provided. Keep your locker wristband with you in case you wish to make any purchases.

• Swimwear is only permitted on designated ‘swimwear-allowed’ days.

• Wearing bath slippers is compulsory, except in the sauna cabins.

• Wearing a bathrobe is compulsory in the restaurant, the relaxation areas and on the terrace.

• The use of a bathrobe, towels and flip-flops is compulsory. If a towel package is not included in your package, you can bring your own or hire one from us for a fee.

• Always shower before using the pools, saunas, steam rooms and other facilities.

• In the sauna, you must always sit on a towel, including your feet.

• Please use the facilities in silence and tranquillity. You are not permitted to add your own scents to the sauna stoves; infusions are provided exclusively by our sauna masters.

• You are not permitted to bring your own food or drink.

• Towels are not permitted in the restaurant.

• Reserving sun loungers, benches or chairs without using them is not permitted.

• Disruptive behaviour, unwanted advances and other forms of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Excessive consumption of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

• Smoking and e-cigarettes are only permitted in the designated smoking areas.

• Taking photographs and/or filming is strictly prohibited.

• Bringing and using mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, Google Glass and laptops is not permitted within the resort.

• Personal grooming, such as shaving, dyeing hair and brushing teeth, is not permitted.

• Only transparent bags may be brought onto the premises; these are available at reception.

• Vitae Wellness Resort Goes accepts no liability for the loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

• Lost property can be collected from reception. Items will be held for a maximum of one month, after which they will be donated to charity.

• Personal data is used solely for administrative purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

• There are CCTV cameras in our sauna garden. These are only active outside opening hours.

• You must follow instructions from our staff at all times.
