House rules

To make your stay as pleasant, safe and relaxed as possible for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

• Entering Vitae Wellnessresort Goes is at your own risk. There is no supervision in the pools; make sure you have sufficient swimming skills.

• Children aged 4 to 11 are welcome only on Sundays until 18:00 accompanied by an adult.

• Youngsters aged 12 to 15 are welcome only when accompanied by an adult.

• From 16 years onwards, everyone is welcome at Vitae Wellnessresort Goes.

• On public holidays, the same entry rules apply as on Sundays.

• Please store personal belongings in the lockers provided. Carry the wristband of your locker with you for any expenditures.

• Swimwear is allowed only during special swimwear-may-days.

• Wearing bathing slippers is compulsory, except in the sauna cabins.

• Wearing a bathrobe is compulsory in the restaurant, relaxation areas and terrace.

• The use of a bathrobe, towels and bath slippers is compulsory. If a bath linen package is not included in your package, you can bring it yourself or rent it from us for a fee.

• Always shower before using the baths, saunas, steam baths and other facilities.

• In the sauna, always sit on a towel, including your feet.

• Use the facilities in peace and quiet. You are not allowed to add fragrances to the sauna stoves; infusions are exclusively provided by our sauna masters.

• Self-brought refreshments are not allowed.

• Towels are not allowed in the restaurant.

• Occupying sun beds, benches or chairs without use is not allowed.

• Disruptive behaviour, sexual harassment and other forms of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Excessive consumption of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.

• Smoking and e-smoking are allowed only in the designated smoking areas.

• Taking photographs and/or filming is strictly prohibited.

• Bringing and using phones, tablets, smartwatches, Google Glass and laptops is not allowed inside the resort.

• Personal grooming such as shaving, colouring hair and brushing teeth is not allowed.

• You are only allowed to bring transparent bags; these are available at reception.

• Vitae Wellnessresort Goes is not liable for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

• Lost property can be picked up at the reception. These will be kept for a maximum of one month and then donated to charity.

• Personal data are used for administrative purposes only and are not provided to third parties for commercial purposes.

• There are surveillance cameras in our sauna garden. These are only active outside opening hours.

• Instructions from our staff must be followed at all times.
