During a soak, water and/or ice with essential oils is poured over the hot stove stones, creating a "rush of steam". This increases humidity and gives the feeling that the temperature is rising, when in reality it is falling. By waving a towel, the stagnant air is set in motion, and the warm air falls over your body like a soothing blanket. This makes the infusion a special experience. Ascents are held several times a day, and the times are displayed on special signs in the resort.

Banja Revival

The banja room is entered when the stove has reached the temperature of 80-90 °C. As soon as the first drops of sweat run off your body, water is poured onto the stove. A wonderful scent of birch wood spreads through the room.

After the relaxation ritual of fragrance and warmth, you go outside to cool down. Here you receive a surprise of water and birch branches. The feeling afterwards is indescribable and will make you long for a next time.
