E-tickets & Vouchers

For promotions, e-tickets and regular day entries, we offer certain availability on a daily basis. This way, people with and without a voucher or e-ticket have the opportunity to visit one of the Vitae Wellness Resorts. It is therefore possible that certain days can no longer be booked with an e-ticket or promotion, but still with a regular day entrance or package. It is not possible to book a regular day entrance and then redeem a discount coupon, e-ticket or voucher. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to book in time. That way, you can always book on your preferred day.

My voucher has expired, can I renew it?

Did you purchase an e-ticket or voucher from someone other than us or through Your Healthy Escape? In most cases you can still book online by redeeming your e-ticket code during the booking process. In most cases you will find the code you need under or next to the barcode. The relevant e-ticket or voucher will indicate whether or not you can book online.

The validity on the website is the correct validity. Our reception staff will maintain the validity on the website at all times.

In many cases, e-tickets are not personalised. This means that other people can also use the e-tickets you bought. So you can give them as gifts or if you bought a 3x ticket promotion, for example, use the tickets with two other people at the same time.

Virtually all our e-tickets which you purchase online are sent directly, digitally as a PDF to your specified e-mail address. This happens as soon as we have received your payment. Please note! Are you paying with a foreign debit or credit card? Then the payment may be processed later by your bank. You will not receive the e-tickets until your payment has been processed.

This can have several causes:

1. The activation code has already been redeemed:
You have already requested an e-ticket with your activation code! Is the e-mail address correct? After requesting your e-ticket, you will receive your e-ticket in your inbox within 30 minutes. Did you not receive an e-mail? Check your spam box. You can use the code to make a reservation at the resort of your choice. Then enter the code shown on your e-ticket under 'I have a voucher or e-ticket' (the code for your e-ticket can be found in your e-mail) and complete the reservation. Still need help? 2. The activation code entered is incorrect, please re-enter the code.
Oops! You probably made a typing error or accidentally skipped a character. Please enter the code again.

3. The activation code is no longer valid.
Oops! You probably saved your activation code too long. Unfortunately, it is not possible to renew activation codes.

On the homepage of the Goes and Roosendaal locations, you can enter your activation code directly. Upon entering the correct code, you will be automatically redirected to the promotion page to purchase your e-ticket.

Have you gone through all the steps and entered all the details correctly? Is the e-mail address you entered correct? Your e-ticket(s) may have ended up in your spam box. Have you also checked your spam box and has it been more than 30 minutes since you requested the e-ticket? If so, please contact the relevant venue.

Online orders will be sent as e-tickets by e-mail unless expressly stated otherwise. The delivery time of digital e-tickets is usually 5 minutes. Depending on the payment method chosen, it may take longer. The e-tickets will be sent as soon as payment is received.

Discount vouchers for a wellness entrance are only valid for a wellness entrance. Therefore, these discount vouchers, e-tickets or vouchers cannot be redeemed for a package or any other product and/or service.

You must first purchase this package or promotion online, after which you will immediately receive an e-ticket by e-mail. After receiving this e-ticket, you can make a reservation at the establishment of your choice, so it is not possible to pay for or reserve this package or action on location.

Booking

There are several e-tickets you can use to make reservations. In almost all cases, you will find a code under the barcode, which you enter on this page to make your reservation.

You can change your booking by contacting the relevant Vitae Wellness Resort by phone. The receptionist will then check what, if any, possibilities there are to change the booking, in some cases this may not be possible.

To guarantee relaxation, all Vitae Wellness Resorts have a maximum number of guests that can be admitted. We therefore advise you to book your sauna day in advance to make sure there is room for you. If you want to make use of a special offer or e-ticket, reservation is compulsory. This is clearly stated on your e-ticket or voucher.

Treatments

Treatments can take place between half an hour after your specified arrival time and 21:00. Treatment times will be communicated to you upon arrival.

If you come with several people, we will do our best to schedule the treatments at the same time. However, we cannot guarantee this with certainty. You will be informed of the treatment times on arrival.

We will do our utmost to meet your requirements. However, we cannot guarantee the times with certainty. Treatments can take place between half an hour after your specified arrival time and 21:00. Treatment times will be indicated to you on arrival.

If you have booked a treatment and cannot arrive at the indicated arrival time, you should inform us in good time in advance. This is in connection with the scheduled treatments. Treatments are scheduled half an hour after your indicated arrival time and 21:00.

A treatment cannot be booked without a sauna visit.

If available, you can still book a treatment on the day. However, we recommend you do this in advance to avoid disappointment. Treatments and massages are popular and therefore often no longer available on the day itself.

If you come with several people, we will do our best to schedule the hammam rituals at the same time. However, we cannot guarantee this with certainty. Treatment times will be communicated to you on arrival.

We will do our utmost to meet your requirements. However, we cannot guarantee the times with certainty. Hammam rituals can take place between half an hour after your specified arrival time and 21:00. The times of the rituals will be indicated to you upon arrival.

Food & drink

You are not allowed to consume your own refreshments at the Vitae Wellness Resorts. All resorts have wonderful restaurants where you can go for a snack and drink at any time of the day.

If you have any allergies, we advise you to let us know at the table. Do you have a specific allergy? Then we advise you to let us know which allergy you have when making the reservation, so that the chefs can make sure in advance that there are enough ingredients in house to prepare a delicious meal for you.

At Vitae Wellness Resorts, there are no massive buffets but you enjoy a la carte from the extensive menu. We serve bread dishes until 17:00, all other dishes can be ordered throughout the day unless otherwise indicated.

At Vitae Wellness Resorts, there are no massive buffets but you enjoy a la carte from the extensive menu. From 17:00 you are welcome in the restaurant for dinner. Compose your own 3-course dinner from our dinner menu. The kitchen is open daily until 21:00 (on Friday and Saturday until 21:30).

Gift cards & other gift vouchers

For now, it is only possible to purchase a gift voucher at the reception desk. Please note! This is only possible for gift vouchers. E-tickets, unless explicitly stated otherwise, can only be purchased online in our webshop. So always check the conditions carefully to avoid disappointment at the reception desk.

If you are in possession of a discount voucher, please hand it to the receptionist at check-in. You can hand in any gift vouchers at reception during payment (after the visit).

Other

There are various promotions, entrance fees and packages. On the website, under the heading 'contents' of the desired product/action, you will find everything included in the price/action. All other expenditures during your day in the sauna are exclusive and can be settled at reception afterwards. On the websites of the respective Vitae Wellnessresort you can find which attractive actions and/or packages are bookable. Would you like more information? Then contact the relevant location.

No special ladies' days take place.

During your visit, you can use your own bathrobe, towels and slippers. You can also hire these at the reception desk. Afterwards, you may take the slippers with you and leave your laundry with us, so you will come home even more relaxed.

You can ask at reception when the tours take place. These are conducted by one of the wellness staff upon request.

Yes, there is a space available for pumping at each resort. For more information, please contact the reception of the respective resort.

Unfortunately, the Vitae Wellness Resorts are not easily accessible for disabled persons. As the facilities of our resorts are located on several floors, there are many (small) stairs. There are no passenger lifts in the resorts.

Even during your pregnancy you can continue to go to the sauna, however, there are a few things you should take into account. Feel free to contact us to answer any questions you may have.

No, on swimwear-mag days, it is possible to use the sauna and wellness facilities both with and without swimwear.

There is ample parking at the Vitae Wellnessresorts. At Vitae Wellnessresort Goes, parking is free. At Vitae Wellnessresort Roosendaal you can park for € 2 per hour or € 9.50 per day.

No, you are only allowed to use your mobile phone at the reception of the wellness resort. At the Vitae Wellness Resorts you really are offline for a day. The mobile phone should therefore be stored in the locker.

Wearing swimwear is only allowed on special Swimwear-mag days. On these special days, you are allowed to use all sauna and wellness facilities at the Vitae Wellnessresort of your choice both with and without swimwear.
